Did You Know... although not commonly seen in South Luangwa, lions will sometimes climb trees? Adults will gain height to escape biting tsetse flies or to benefit from cooling breezes… but cubs just climb for fun… though the ones seen by Mfuwe Lodge guests last week don’t seem too sure!!
