Dear %PERS_NAME%

Did you know... Puku (Kobus vardonii) calves can be born at any time of year, though many are born in the late green season when grass is more abundant. Females do not have a strong bond with their young. They rarely defend them or answer their high-pitched bleating calls for help. The calves are often left alone, hidden away by their mothers.
