Did you know...
the Easter Bunny had already been spotted in South Luangwa?
Our bunnies are actually scrub hares and are nocturnal, spending the day in
self-built "forms". The hare has multiple methods for avoiding detection by
predators. It sits snugly in its form with its ears folded backwards and its
head pulled into its body, remaining almost perfectly motionless. It is
further camouflaged by its cryptic coloration.
