Lodges
The Bushcamp Company has three lodges, all located inside South Luangwa National Park near the main gate, each offering a unique safari experience.
Mfuwe Lodge sits on beautiful grounds overlooking two lagoons, surrounded by prolific wildlife and is a perfect starting or ending point for exploring The Bushcamp Company’s bushcamps. Safari activities include game drives, walking safaris, and night drives led by experienced guides.
The Director’s House is a private hideaway on the grounds of Mfuwe Lodge. It is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of activities. Guests have access to all the amenities of Mfuwe Lodge. This private villa affords the perfect combination of privacy and the option of taking advantage of Lodge amenities and activities.
KuKaya is situated beneath a canopy of trees overlooking an oxbow lagoon. What sets a KuKaya safari apart is its unique emphasis on privacy, flexibility, and choice. Each villa comes with a private guide and vehicle and a private host.
Mfuwe Lodge
Mfuwe Lodge, our largest property, comprises 18 air-conditioned rooms and a swimming pool, curio shop, spa, and the Phil Berry Centre (library and photographic studio).

Director’s House
The Director’s House has two air conditioned, interconnecting bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate small families or a group of friends. Located in a private garden, it has a swimming pool, pizza oven, braai, and firepit.

KuKaya
KuKaya comprises six spacious tented villas: five double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one single bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each villa has a kitchen and a living/dining area opening out onto a verandah, private plunge pool and firepit. Guests have plenty of space and privacy.
