Not everyone can spend a week. This package is for guests who have four nights — enough time for the emerald season to make its case. Three paid nights at Mfuwe Lodge or KuKaya, one complimentary night, and a 60-minute spa treatment per person at Mfuwe Lodge Spa. It is a short stay with a complete feel.
The KuKaya configuration gives smaller groups or couples the private villa and dedicated guide experience for two of the four nights — a level of privacy usually reserved for much longer, much more expensive itineraries. Combined with two nights at Mfuwe Lodge and the spa treatment, this is as complete a short-stay emerald season package as exists in South Luangwa.
